I only took up cycling in Feb of this year. This week was a good intro as to how it all works. Thanks for the climbing tips and the inner tube! Might see you at the Etape with your flyers!

Coming back with Mrs H for a non-cycling break in the summer. Not allowed to bring my bike but Pascal says he will have quality hire bikes by then! Sneaky ride or two? Posting kit and shoes on in advance maybe!!

I came here to try and get some miles under my belt for the Etape. By day 4 I had to have a day off the bike as the hills and distances were very challenging. So, if you want a challenge before your....challenge, then this is the place.

The food is plentiful and tasty. And I never knew there was a pool here. That was a welcome way to stretch the muscles after rides and to have it to myself on my own for a day was heaven!

Coming back with a group in the Autumn as I don’t think I’ll get this type of riding and value anywhere else.

We really enjoyed ourselves at Velo Ventures and are actively looking to come back very soon to both follow & ride in front of the Tour de France, excellent stuff.
If you could imagine combining cycling & swimming with a holiday, there is no better place than Velo Ventures. You will find that rare mix of a family run holiday for the novice to club rider, regardless of age or physical condition.
From a cyclists view I’d heartily recommend this place in France not just because of the relaxed atmosphere and great climate but also the pool, secure bike storage & workshop to the spacious en-suite accommodation.
